Green Key Certificate

The Green Key certificate is voluntary and says something about the degree of sustainability, environmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Tulip Inn Rotterdam shows by means of this label to deal consciously with the environment.
The Green Key ensures guests a comfortable stay with caring for the environment. Tulip Inn Rotterdam demonstrably reduces the pressure on the environment by reducing consumption of gas, water and electricity and a reduction of waste production. Guests can rely on a responsible sustainability- and nature policy of the hotel.

The following measures have been taken by Tulip Inn Rotterdam in sustainability;

- The use of water-saving measures on faucets, showers and toilets.
- Energy saving measures by means of an energy-reducing device and the use of CFL and/or LED lighting.
- The possible replacement of environmentally unfriendly detergents by less burdensome means.
- Seperating idustrial waste.
- Offering a variety of responsible and environmentally friendly beverages and food.
- Continuously improving the procurementproces of office supplies and to reduce the environmental impact.
- Informing customers, staff and suppliers about CSR.
- Appreciate the advice and comments from our guests.
