decent hotel
decent hotel, enough restaurants in walking distance, opposite the spido harbour tour. The standard rooms are quite small, reconsider opting for a bigger room if you have big suitcases or need more space.

excellent location for pre-cruise stay
We loved the location with the tram stop and river excursion dock right in front. Easy cab ride across the bridge to our cruise ship. Room was small but very clean. Next time will upgrade to larger room.
Bar staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good but pricey.
Good local restaurants for dinner and a nice area for walking.
Front desk stored our luggage after checkout with friendly service. We loved the location with the tram stop and river excursion dock right in front. Easy cab ride across the bridge to our cruise ship. Room was small but very clean. Next time will upgrade to larger room.

The front desk staff did a great job.
The rooms are clean.
There is only a small closet with hangers for clothing. There is no other place to store clothing such as a chest of drawers.
Internet access and breakfast is not included in the price.
Getting in and out of the bath tub is somewhat difficult due to the tub being slippery with a high step getting in and out. I actually had a good slip and could have easily been hurt worse than I was.
The splash panel for containing shower water spray inside the tub was only effective if the shower head is pointing to the corner of the tub making it difficutl to shower.
We had to ask for coffee and tea packets to be replaced after room service had already cleaned the room. The front desk staff did a great job.
