Meetings

Tulip Inn Rotterdam offers two meeting rooms. It is possible to organise meetings for up to 70 persons. Both meeting rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and various Audio equipment.  
The design of the meeting rooms is based on the location of the hotel. The colours and movement of the Maas River is the concept for the design.

Olav RoomThe Olav room has a surface of 36 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The room has daylight and has a view on the Maas River. 
This meeting room has a capacity of max. 17 persons in U-shape lay-out and 30 persons in theater lay-out.

Oslo RoomThe Oslo room has a surface of 100 m2, including a reception save and small wardrobe. 
This room has a capacity of max. 30 persons in U-shape lay-out and 70 persons in theater lay-out.

DinnerIt is possible to have a group dinner is a separate dinning area. The chef can make tailored suggestions for a menu or buffet.

Drinks packageConclude your meeting day with the drinks package of unlimited sodas, fruit juices, Heineken draft, wine and Dutch brewed liquor. Various warm and cold snacks are included in the package.  
The price of the drinks package is € 11,50 per person for the first hour. Every next half hour € 5,00.
The supplement for foreign liquor € 3,75 per person per hour.
